At Colorland Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion accessories or apparel items don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
